well i havent been in cisco in a LOONG time due to me being ill for all of last week bu t i am really excited about the class...

my birthday was on monday but on saturday i got the ipod and a new video card for my computer and a $25 itunes card which was the best...i got a lot of music videos...it was awesome...

hey guys im having a great day!

i hope you guys are havin one too...well the play is coming along nicely and i cant wait to go to the Aranoff. my family just bought 21..yes!...21 tickets all at the same time to watch me! i have never been in anything this big before so im very happy to be in this play!!! the dancing is awesome and Sarah is really good...how can she just think up that crazy stuff! James blanchard always says "what it is, rabbi" and clint always makes jokes about my mom...its pretty crazy...and Tevye is always doing crazy dances (yes its legal in acting)

Something Different...

hi my 2 dedicated fans...lol so what is going on with you guys? well we are puttin up Christmas stuff now and it sends me back to a much simplier time in which the feeling of Christmas was exciting..the feeling of waking up to go and run in and jump on my parents. it is some-what a tradition to have my dad take FOREVER to get the stupid video camera set-up...every year...and then the battery dies..then the tape wont work..then the tripod leg breaks...but now we have him set it up the night BEFORE...ahhahahah soo much better..still takes like 15 minutes tho..lol..wow..

i remeber when i was like 7 or 8 when my parents first got me the orginal gameboy...its a brick now but it was the coolest thing..and it came with James Bond 007...my hero at the time..wow such great memories..but now that i get older its different...not only have i thought about what christmas is about but i have also tried to push away the things that i want and try to just enjoy the birth of my savior with my family even tho they are crazy!

i actually have 3 christmas's in one day...at home we wake up (at like 4:00 a.m.) and open all of my parents gift to us 'wonderful' kids (its a wonder why we even get gifts...im such a spoiled brat..uhh). then we make the 3 second trip to my grandmas' and grandpas' to get all my aunts and uncles gifts and have an awesome breakfast by my grandpa. then off we go again to my dads side to have lunch and open the last of our gifts...yay this is great..im soo lucky..and soo spoiled..uhhh

ah the best time of the year: Christmas...full of love and families getting togather and workin to bring happiness to all. a time to forget school and other distractions and to be genuinely happy with each other..and yet we still get all caught up on what they want for Christmas...me i want a whole bunch of stuff that i dont really need (but dont tell my mom and dad that!). but it is the joy of Jesus that spreads thru me when i open my greatest present...salvation. it chessey i kno but if you really break things down we dont need anything except for Him..and Him alone...yeah a guitar would be more than excellent...but all i ever need is in Him. because he is more than awesome and will always be there for you...

hmmm..this is the decsion of a life time...for christmas should i get a/an

1)Fender Stratocaster 6-string guitar
or
2)ipod nano (2 gig 500 song model)

this is a very troubleing thing and i cant seem to make up my mind...i need the guitar and yet an ipod would be pretty awesome to listen 2.

well thankgiving break is approching quickly and thanks to a certain Spies we had a party in cisco. all is going ok i just need to type out the next section. i have had a rather strange weekend..more of that later...all good tho..for like the one person reading this thing..

so yeah all is better i just get caught up in things and/or people who dont even kno me. im really different at school than what i really am at home...just listen to my cell phone voice mail message..lol hahaha

so yeahhh...still screwin around with the guitar...takin me a while to learn all the chords BY MYSELF!!! i need to get a book or whatever to learn from...i did teach myself a Beatles song...

Mission Trip '05

well yesterday we came back from the mission trip. it was a great experience and i was really concentrating on my relationship with Christ. the Holy Spirit was deffinatly moving....i wanted to get so many distractions out of my life...mainly of which are the girls. i have tried so hard to give all of it to God, but it was so hard due to a certain girls' proximinty to me...she was on the mission trip but i realized that i was gonna let her do the first move and let her create a distraction for herself...of which she did...she was very mushy of which was nice (come on im a guy) but then again i didnt want to distract her from her own personal walk. the worst part of love is to know when to let go...as a friend of mine once said..

well i did work my butt off. i really was proud of my effort and that is not an everyday thing..i worked hard and did a good job...ruined a pair of jeans and my shoes in the process but i got the job done.i worked at a warehouse on friday that was really boring and i had to work for like a half an hour and i was done...we did have some sad news that day...Matt Flenner's grandpa died..we prayed for him a lot..it was a great thing to see the whole school come togather to help him out.
on saturday my group (tottens) stayed at the church...it was tough doing detail work on the upstairs, but i did a good job...it only needed another coat..but the guys who painted the wall didnt do that well...the girls re-did it...but i was satisfied with my detail work cause it took hours to do the door.

on sunday we went to Mrs. Pitt's brothers' church..it had a weird name but i thought the message was good and we got to taste wine of which everyone started coughing...and i sat across from the girls...(yay)..it was REALLY hot everywhere we went as a group but i enjoyed it all...so i was really happy..i worked hard...

i was totally amazed at how much Mr. Rice did...he is a monster at getting things done..he was on the roof...painting...moving things..and pretty much lead everything at the church..i was very suprised and was happy to see him give his all for Christ. he worked much harder than i ever could...i wish i could do that lol....

monday was an interesting day...i helped paint the nursery in the sancturary (and clean up a paint spill) and i also was cleaning an old and nasty mini-fridge...uhhh it was not a good site..but i did get a lot done in that time...i was done with everthing else and i had heard that the girls in the nursery (she was in there) so i got a ladder and mini rollers that they needed...she was so grateful for holding the wobbley ladder...its not that big of a job...haha she was saying how much she appricates me...what a laugh..she made the first move...i was able to stay away...i was soo happy..its weird i kno....she was laughing at everyone of my stupid jokes...and she laugh the loudest too...i didnt kno what to do...the ball was in my court but w/e...i would rather it become a non-issue right now..i have too much going on...but she is a great girl..

well it might seem that i am very distracted but i actually got a lot out of this trip..i didnt do anything that would be called flirting or even nearly romantic...a lot of people did that though...i hated watching it in the back while i was trying to pray...so rude to me and God....this was time devoted to God...not just your girl-friend...ohh well its not my problem...oh yeah and Billy Spies (billster) was a beast and he worked his butt off along with Adam Stevely, Jake Howard, and Josh Mull just to name a few i was around...those guys are gung-ho for the Lord...High-fives to all!

Misson Trip

well today i was thinking about my experiences on past misson trips so i have would like to chronicle my past adventures into the soul of Christain Sprituality. (bear with me!)

well it is my few last times as being on a misson trip in which i have encountered what i would call tranquility. this i believe to be a blessing to have such a feeling, as it is that i may not be able to describe the steps hereto. but i have gone decided that i should not depend my personal life with God as just a 'feeling' that could be just manufactured by our own minds to fuel our need to have a 'mountian top' experience with God. but what i consider is to be the only feeling that i have attained when on such journeys that i have discovered that your own silence can be such a great feeling when you are connected, soul and mind, with God. i have felt this at chapel many times and yet it ends due to the studies that we obviously must attiain to live normal lives. so to say that such experiences are only conceiveable in such a place and situation as only misson trip is hardly correct, but it can be attained by adaptation to our normal high school lives..you are all thinking right now if i got this off the internet but in reality i have not. it is true and i have wanted to merge such lives, but in that it could be possible that i might overload myself because i am very easily distracted from doing so once i get in the mind-set. i really do wish and hope to do such a transition but for now im just trying to give God control my life.

Ahh...a cisco update

well we took a test on Friday....it didnt count for anything (thank God) but im kinda worried about how i had time to study and still i did bad on it...im really good at this kinda stuff normally hmm...it is kinda disturbing..but we are going to go over it and then take the test for real. im gonna study A LOT next week...even find every single "hidden" diagram...i just hope that i can do well.

im thinking of actually going into networking as my career..i kno im not that good at it now but im sure i can get better with a little bit of practice. but thats a while from now..just need to work hard now.

and the misson trip speech was from my xanga site...i guess God laid it on my heart..

today we did some presentions- copper and fiber
i thought the copper presentation was very well done but the subject was a little dry (it is about cables after all!)

fiber was much more interesting. i think it was facinating to see how light can be used to transport files...an amazing technology that should be studied more....

well i had an interesting day, i actually got tickets to see relient k in concert and i am in the front section of the house....yessss...anyway we have a cisco test on thursday and i hope that it wont be too much of a killer...its not that hard when you break it down to binary codes and formulas for hexadecimals. well i also forgot to bring a current event article for Mr. Resnick's class but i got one paper at a gas station on the way to school....well i hope i can find someone to take to the concert since i bought 2 and they werent cheap either but its money well spent.....lol
